This simple idea creates an invaluable tool for dance practice. It is like having a dance teacher available at any time, marking the beat so you can concentrate on the step patterns.
 

Rhythm Reminder will make your practice time more productive, relaxed and fun. It features original music for Single Swing, Triple Swing, Salsa, Cha Cha, and Foxtrot.  After each song, the piece is repeated without the voice-over so you can also practice on your own.  With Rhythm Reminder, dance instruction is as close as your CD player!

The six-panel CD insert explains the mechanics for doing a number of steps in each dance. The CD contains 23 tracks so there are a number of songs to practice with.

What makes this CD really "live" is the wonderful music that was written and recorded by the Greg Jenkins Quartet.
